Areas of Oversight:
Club management, member management, customer support, officials’ cadre, club-hosted tournaments, insurance & injury reporting, outdoor programming.

Affiliations & Service:
Member of the West Linn/Wilsonville Youth Volleyball Board of Directors. Served on a national task force focusing on future enhancements to the SportsEngine MMS in 2020. Served on a USAV steering committee to help launch USAV’s “Try Volleyball” initiative in 2024.

Volleyball Experience:
Played for nine years with CEVA clubs.  Played four years of Division I volleyball at the University of San Francisco and was named first-team all-conference her senior year.  Eight years of high school coaching experience.

University of San Francisco – Degree in Communications

Personal:
Married to Aquiles Montoya, head coach at Cal State Northridge. Two children – Leighton & Aquiles. Originally from West Linn, OR. Currently resides in Lake Oswego, OR.

Volleyball Experience:
Played for ten years with CEVA clubs.  Played collegiate volleyball at Concordia and Bushnell University, where she was named First Team All-Conference her sophomore, junior and senior year.  In 2021, she was named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Defender of the Year and Northwest Region Defender of the Year.

Personal:
Has one son, Oliver, with his partner, Kara. Originally from Southern California. Resides in Portland, OR.

Chair of the USAV Administrative Council Safesport Committee. Member of the RVAA Marketing & Branding Committee. Member of the Sport Oregon Board of Directors. Member of the International Volleyball Hall of Fame Board of Directors. 

Volleyball Experience:
Worked for eight years in the Oregon State volleyball program, including six years as the program’s Director of Operations.  Former Director of the Willamette Volleyball Classic.
