The tournament is held at Rogue X in Medford, OR. The entry fee is $350.00 per team. Officials are provided. Available divisions: Girls 12s, 14s, 16s, 18s; Boys 12s/14s, 16s, 18s.
This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament and as such, all participants must have USAV memberships. Contact the CEVA office to learn more about single event memberships that can be valid for this tournament. They are a less-expensive option!
Registration will remain open until the tournament is full. Teams who register after the tournament fills will be placed on a waiting list. By registering for this event, you confirm you have read and understand the policies & information outlined on this page. Registrations are accepted only via AES and will not be accepted by phone, e-mail, or other means.
Teams who cancel prior to 2/28/2025 at 3:00 PM receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Teams who cancel after 2/28/2025 at 3:00 PM receive no refund of any kind, for any reason.
Full schedules will be posted on the Thursday prior to the tournament. We will attempt to play as many matches as possible, including at least two on Sunday for all teams.
Acceptance into the tournament is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES, and whether or not you have paid the registration fee.
This tournament accepts payments on an "OK To Pay" model.
If your team registers for the event and they fall within the tournament capacity, the CEVA staff will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay” in AES. This will open up the payment portal for you. Once this status changes, you will have 48 hours to submit payment. Once payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.” Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in your registration being rejected and your team being moved to the bottom of the waiting list.
Registration for events is still first-come, first-served. The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy.
The CEVA office does not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs. It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events. The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.
