Please familiarize yourself with the NPJ Sports Complex facility policies and gate fees listed on our Facilities website.
There will be no modified serving rules for the 12s division. This means no "step-in" rule. All players must serve from behind the end line.
We anticipate the 12s division will play in the AM waves, and the 18s division will play in the PM waves. On both days, the AM waves will start at 8:00 AM. On Saturday, the PM wave will likely start at 3:00 PM. On Sunday, the PM wave will likely start at either 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM.
Entry fee for this tournament is $400 per team. Payments are accepted through AES and a requirement of acceptance. There is a processing fee which is a pass-through cost and does not come to the regions. Acceptance is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES and if you have paid the registration fee.
This tournament accepts payments on an "OK To Pay" model. If a team registers and they fall within the tournament capacity, AES will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay" within 1 business day. This will open up the payment portal. Once this status changes, you will have 48 hours to submit payment. Once payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.” Failure to submit payment within 48 hours results in the registration being rejected and the team being moved to the end of the waiting list. Registration for events is still first-come, first-served. The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy.
Lodging is available through our secure THS portal. We strongly encourage you to book through this link to ensure low rates and to help provide data to the city and county about economic impact of these events.
Prior to 12/15/2024 at 3:00 PM, teams who cancel receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. After 12/15/2024 at 3:00 PM, no refunds of any kind, for any reason. Credit card processing fees are always non-refundable, in all events, in all circumstances.
The region offices do not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs. It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events. The region offices also do not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.
Teams must turn in a paper copy of their SportsEngine Governing Season roster prior to their first match on Saturday. Rosters are not required to be turned in on Sunday. Please inform the tournament staff of any changes to your roster as the tournament proceeds.
