PRESIDENTS' DAY REGION RUMBLE
Entry fee for this tournament is $550 per team.
Payments are accepted through AES and a requirement of acceptance. There is a processing fee which is a pass-through cost and does not come to the regions.
After December 17 at 3:00 PM, teams are entitled to a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Credit card fees are always non-refundable. After January 17 at 3:00 PM, teams are entitled to no refunds of any kind, for any reason.
Work teams are expected to provide an R2, table crew, and line judges. An R1 will be provided on all matches.
Teams must turn in a paper copy of their SportsEngine Governing Season roster prior to their first match on Saturday. Rosters are not required to be turned in on Sunday or Monday. Please inform the tournament staff of any changes to your roster as the tournament proceeds.
The region offices do not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs. It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events. The region offices also do not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.
