Admission
Admission into the tournament for spectators is free at the Portland Expo Center. 

Parking
PEC charges for parking daily.  Advance purchases will be available closer to the event. 

Facility Policies

• Doors will open at 7:00 AM.  There is no reason to stand outside the doors prior to that time.  
• No glittery materials, pom-poms, or other items that will leave remnants on the courts or floor.  These are very difficult to clean and add extra workload to our staff and the building's custodians.
• "Camping" is not permitted.  
• Ball handling must take place on the courts only.
• No outside food or drink (except water bottles for athletes)
• No outside chairs permitted
• No tailgating in the parking lots
• No overnight parking or camping.  

The facility does not have free public WiFi available.  WiFi access can be purchased during the weekend by visiting the PEC Administration Office upstairs in Hall D.  Cost is $10/day - cash transactions preferred.

Card-Only Facility
The Olympus Sports Center does not accept cash.  Please be prepared for CARD ONLY payments.

Facility Policies

• No outside food or glass containers inside the playing facility.  Any drinks on the courts MUST be in a sealed container that you can hold upside down without spilling.  Please limit to ONLY water on the courts.
• Concessions – Concessions are on the way. There is NO food allowed on the courts.
• Outside chairs are NOT allowed. Bleacher Seat Cushions are acceptable.  Bleachers and chairs are available.  No outside tables, BBQs, appliances allowed.
• The complex is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking
Note - do not contact CEVA about parking.  Direct all inquiries to the e-mail below.
Please see map (here) for the designated parking areas.  Contact olympus@athenavb.net with any questions about parking.  The parking areas are:

• Reserved: $20 pre-sale ($25 day-of, if any spots available). In and Out privileges included.  Available online for each week of tournament from Monday morning until Friday 5:30pm.
• Coaches/Officials: Each team will receive two parking passes for their coaches.
• Free Parking: Located in the First Tech Federal Credit Union parking structure across the street. Parking allowed ONLY on level 2 and level 3 of the parking structure. Any vehicles parked on level 1 or 4 are subject to be towed at owners’ expense. You must walk from the parking structure utilizing the underground tunnel. Signs will be posted.  
• No trailers, or RVs in the Olympus Sports Center Lot. Please stay in designated tournament spots in the facility.

$6.00 - Kids & Seniors (60+)
Kids under 12 - Free (Must be accompanied by parents)

Speed up the entry process with our pre-purchased Spectator Ticket system. Available online until Friday 5:30pm before the tournament.  Just have the front desk or parking attendant scan your receipt with QR code and get expedited entrance into the facility and/or reserved parking area.  

Disclaimer - tickets are non-refundable, only valid at Olympus Sports Center for the date purchased for and are not valid at any other facility.  Please ensure your team is assigned to OSC prior to buying tickets.  CEVA and other facilities are not responsible nor liable if tickets are purchased in error.
