Tables and chairs are provided. No coolers/crates, appliances or tables in the facility. Food & other items may not be left in the Ken Long Room. Teams must clean up after themselves.

A coffee cart with snacks, such as protein boxes and hot dogs will be available. Another food cart will be on site selling more substantial meals as well.

No alcohol or smoking on the property.

Bleacher seating is provided. Outside chairs are allowed with padding underneath.

Canopies may be set up on the cement immediately in front of the facility.

Some areas of the parking lot may be limited due to storm damage and clean-up equipment. Please be patient and understanding of the situation.
Do not park in the lots of neighboring businesses.
No overnight parking, including RVs.
RVs driven to the facility for the day must park in the dirt lot on the north (right) side of the building and depart after the event.

Backroom: Team camping is not allowed. Camp in designated areas outside. Backroom is for dining (food from complex/partnered vendors) and watching all tournament matches on TVs.

No pets (all properly registered and identified service pets are allowed)
No outside chairs (Seat Cushions are acceptable.) No outside tables, BBQs, or appliances allowed.
No smoking or tobacco products of any kind (including vapor cigarettes) are allowed on the premises.
No alcohol or drugs permitted on the premises.
No firearms, air rifles, BB guns, spring guns, bow and arrows, slings, or any other form of weapon dangerous to human safety are allowed in the facility at any time.
Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. NPJSC staff reserves the right to remove, or have removed, any person(s) due to abusive conduct or a non-cooperative attitude.
Keep all vehicles off any grass surfaces (other than emergency or field maintenance vehicles) and do not park on curbs. Handicapped parking is available at the side doors of the complex.
NPJ Sport Complex is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

Any vehicles parked on level 1 or 4 are subject to be towed at owners’ expense. You must walk from the parking structure utilizing the underground tunnel. Signs will be posted.
- No trailers, or RVs in the Olympus Sports Center Lot. Please stay in designated tournament spots in the facility.

Food, sports drinks and water with color or supplements added are prohibited except in the lobby and lounge on the first floor (Main Level).
No pets (all properly registered and identified service pets are allowed)
Cafe and snack food are available inside for purchase through our partnering vendors.
Park in designated areas only. Avoid parking where cones are placed or in the neighboring lot. Violators will be towed. Utilize our OVERFLOW PARKING.
Chewing gum is prohibited within the facility.
Anyone exhibiting signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance will be reported to Salem Police.
Small “tailgate” setups are allowed outside as long as they do not interfere with the event, parking, neighboring businesses, and other local activities. Do not set up in front of our waste containers.
Trash must be cleaned and picked up prior to the event being closed. Any trash in the parking lot will result in a fine to the participating team/coaches. You must bring your own trash bags and discard them in our container in the back of the building.
Do not use the emergency exit. Alarms will sound and the fire department will arrive.
If the setups become a nuisance, we will ask it to be taken down or removed.
If any players/teams violate our policy, we will prohibit the program from further participating in any events at our facilities.
