CEVA is seeking an Operations Intern to work in the region office on a part-time basis from January 1-May 31, 2024.
This internship is a ticket to experience in sports administration, mentorship from experienced professionals in the volleyball industry, and a pathway to growth. This position will be tasked with supporting CEVA-owned events in various capacities and will have roles in planning the 2024 CEVA Regional Championships, the region’s sitting volleyball initiatives, and various exciting short- and long-term initiatives, such as Summer and Fall programming. The Operations Intern will report directly to the CEVA Director of Operations.
The successful candidate will work directly with the region’s staff and will have a chance to see the behind-the-scenes work that goes into successful planning and execution of CEVA events. The internship can be taken for high school or college credit and will help the candidate find their interests and discover their strengths. The staff is seeking a candidate with fresh perspectives and creative ideas that will make an impact on the volleyball community.

The successful candidate will be paid $500 per month and will be expected to work either in the office (preferred) or remotely 2-3 days per week. Weekend work and some local travel will be required. The applicant should have access to reliable transportation.
