CEVA has announced the club activation and membership purchase timeline for the 2023-2024 season.
All juniors’ clubs may begin their activation process on August 1, 2023. This process involves reviewing and signing the Club Directors’ Handbook (CDH), and the club director purchasing a membership and completing all eligibility requirements (background screen, Safesport, etc.). The CDH will be available on CEVA’s website and will be sent electronically to all club directors.
Along with activation, August 1 will also be the date adult memberships go on sale via the CEVA website. Memberships available on August 1 will be the full-season coaching membership, club directors’ membership, and limited adult memberships (for chaperones, officials, tournament directors, etc.). Membership prices for these three categories will not change from the 22-23 season.
On September 1, junior memberships will go on sale. Memberships available on this date will include tryout and full-season player memberships. One-event and training memberships will be available following tryouts. Membership pricing for tryout-only memberships, and participants on a girls’ team have not changed.
All memberships from the 2022-2023 season expire on August 31.
Memberships will be available on the CEVA website on the dates above.
Reminders:
- Background screens are a separate purchase and process. They are not paid for as part of your initial membership purchase. Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive following your membership purchase.
- CEVA doesn’t control the pricing of background screens, nor does CEVA control the speed at which they’re processed.
- Memberships are not part of dues paid to your club. CEVA doesn’t collect club dues and doesn’t control what club dues are charged.
