CEVA PRESEASON KICKOFF TOURNAMENTS

WEEK 1 SCHEDULE  ||  WEEK 2 SCHEDULE

 

The Purple Card Policy will be in effect at this event.  Please read about the policy on our website and educate your club about the policy.


ROSTERS

Each team must present a physical paper copy of their SportsEngine Governing Season roster to the tournament director on site.  No digital rosters or pictures of rosters will be permitted.  An example of a legal roster can be found here.


LOCATIONS

December 2-3 - Olympus Sports Center (Hillsboro)
December 9-10 - Olympus Sports Center (Hillsboro), Yamhill-Carlton High School, Mountain View High School (Vancouver)


ENTRY FEES

Per team entry fee - $150.00.

Entry fees are paid through AES and will include a 3% processing fee.  Registration opens October 2, 2023 @ 9:00 AM on AES.  


REFUNDS

After October 2 at 3:00 PM, teams entitled to refund less $50 cancellation fee.  After November 6, 2023 at 3:00 PM, no refunds of any kind.


SCHEDULE / FORMAT

Full schedules will be posted on the Thursday prior to each weekend.  Tournaments will be formatted similar to a regular Power League, with pool play and 1-2 afternoon crossovers.  


AGE DIVISIONS

Saturday, December 2 - 12s & 14s girls
Sunday, December 3 - 16s & 18s girls
Saturday, December 9 - 12s & 14s girls; 12s & 14s boys
Sunday, December 10 - 16s & 18s girls; 16s & 18s boys

Each tournament is a one-day tournament.  Teams may register to play on both weekends if they wish.


AES NOTES

The CEVA office does not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs.  It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events.  The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.


ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance into tournaments is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES and if you have paid the registration fee.

This tournament accepts payments on an "OK To Pay" model. 

If a team registers for an event and falls within the tournament capacity, AES will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay" within 1 business day.  This will open up the payment portal.  Once this status changes, you have 48 hours to submit payment.  When payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.”  Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in the registration being rejected and the team being moved to the end of the waiting list. 

Registration for events is first-come, first-served.  The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy.
