We understand clubs may not have their uniforms by the time this event happens.  That's okay.  Basic requirements - whatever you wear must have numbers, and the libero jersey must contrast.  

Full schedules will be posted on the Thursday prior to each weekend.  Tournaments will be formatted similar to a regular Power League with 4 guaranteed matches.

Each team must present a physical paper copy of their SportsEngine Governing Season roster to the tournament director on site.  No digital rosters or pictures of rosters will be permitted.  An example of a legal roster can be found here.

The Purple Card Policy will be in effect at this event.  Please read about the policy on our website and educate your club about the policy.

Per team entry fee - $160.00.  Entry fees are paid through AES and will include a 3% processing fee.  Registration opens October 1, 2024 @ 9:00 AM on AES.  

Prior to 11/18/2024 at 3:00 PM - full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.  After 11/18/2024 at 3:00 PM - no refund of any kind, for any reason.  Credit card processing fees paid through AES are always non-refundable - for all events, in all circumstances.

Acceptance into tournaments is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES and if you have paid the registration fee.  If a team registers for an event and falls within the tournament capacity, AES will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay" within 1 business day.  This will open up the payment portal.  Once this status changes, you have 48 hours to submit payment via AES.  When payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.”  Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in the registration being rejected and the team being moved to the end of the waiting list.  Registration for events is first-come, first-served.  The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy. 

The CEVA office does not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs.  It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events.  The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.
