Friday through Sunday, June 11-13, 2021.  All age groups will play at some time during these three dates.  We are working to determine which ages will play on which dates and hope to have a finalized schedule published no later than the end of April.

Regionals registration will open on Thursday, April 1st at 9:00 AM.  Use the link on this website to open the event in AES for registration.  The deadline for registration will be Friday, May 21st at 3:00 PM

Capacities may be fluid and may change up to the event dates depending on local restrictions.  Please be aware of this when you register and know that we will get as many teams into the tournament as possible.  Capacities listed on the AES website are approximations and may change. 

We expect that a team's position in Power League (when it finishes) will determine entry status into Regionals - this is not different from a traditional year.  The CEVA office is in constant communication with Metro and city officials to determine the best way to get the most teams in the tournament.

Entry fee is $525.00 per team.  Payment is required for participation, but is not required upon registration (teams will have the option to pay upon registration if they wish).  Payment must be received no later than June 8th at 3:00 PM in order for your team to participate.  Payments will be made online via AES and will carry a nominal surcharge (which is a pass-through cost).  Teams who cancel prior to June 8th at 3:00 PM will be entitled to a refund of their entry fees.  Any team who cancels after that time/date, for any reason, will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. 

Teams who pay and are unable to participate in the tournament due to capacities or cuts will be refunded.  Teams who cancel out of the tournament on their own will not receive a refund if the cancellation happens after June 8th at 3:00 PM.

As of now, we do not believe acceptance into the tournament will be based on the timestamp of your registration (i.e., this is not a first-come, first-served registration process).  However, your acceptance will be based on a registration being on file, as well as your payment being on file.  Teams who have not paid for their participation will not be accepted. 

Will be determined at a later date based on capacities.

Spectator policies are being determined in conjunction with the Portland Expo Center and will be announced closer to the event date.

Teams should expect to be wearing masks from the time they enter PEC to the time they leave, including during active play on the courts.  Health checks will be conducted at the door.  Individuals, teams, or clubs who are not comfortable adhering to the health and safety protocols that will be in place should not attend this event.  Mask requirements will not be waived. 

Rosters must be uploaded into AES no later than 3:00 PM on June 9th, 2021.  Please note that the CEVA office will likely be closed from Tuesday, June 8th through the conclusion of the event.  Please start building rosters early and contact our office if you need assistance.  Roster limitations may be in place for this event.
