Per team entry fee - $550.00.  Entry fees are paid through AES and will include a 3% processing fee.  Registration opens October 1, 2024 @ 9:00 AM on AES.  

Between 2/28/2025 at 3:00 PM, and 3/26/2025 at 3:00 PM - qualified teams who cancel are responsible for 50% of the entry fee, regardless of if they participate in the tournament.  After 3/26/2025 at 3:00 PM - qualified teams who cancel are responsible for 100% of the entry fee.

Links for purchasing parking passes at both Portland Expo Center and Olympus Sports Center will be available closer to the event dates.  Olympus also has free parking options available.  Some teams may switch facilities between Saturday and Sunday - please watch for more information about which teams may switch.  Parking pass purchases do not go through CEVA and refunds are not controlled or issued by the region. 

Matches begin at 8:00 AM.  Last matches are scheduled at 8:00 PM on Saturday and 6:00 PM on Sunday.  The nature of large events is that some courts will run late.  All matches are best-of-3 (25/25/15).

Girls' Flight 1:  Teams in Flight 1 (top 16 seeds) of all girls' age divisions will play in the AM wave on Saturday.  Teams in Flight 1 who do not win their pool will have a 2:00 PM assignment - either working or playing - in a crossover match.  Check out with the information desk prior to departing the facility.  Missed work or playing assignments result in a monetary fine to the club.  Read the full Flight 1 format here.

There is no roster freeze in place and players are permitted to participate on both weekends of Regionals, per the policies in the CEVA Junior Girls' Handbook.  Teams are required to turn in a printed copy of their SportsEngine "Season Management" roster to the official on their court prior to their first match on Saturday only.  Clubs do not need to put a roster into AES.

Teams assigned to work a match must provide a rostered adult to serve as the R2, two line judges, and a table crew.  An R1 will be provided on all matches.  Juniors may not serve as the R2 in this event unless they've received explicit authorization from the tournament's head officials.
