BEAVERTON, OR (10/28/2024) – CEVA will host the first annual Road to the National Championship tournament on June 7-8 at Olympus Sports Center.

The tournament aims to bring teams who are competing at a national championship event in the Summer of 2025 together for a “warm-up” tournament prior to departing for nationals.  The tournament will be open to any USAV team attending nationals, with priority registration given to teams attending a USAV national championship event. 

The region plans to provide R1s on each match.  The entry fee for the tournament will be $250 per team, and the event will feature girls’ divisions in ages 12-17.  Eight teams per division will be accepted.  Each division plays on one day – 12s-14s play on June 7, 15s-17s play on June 8.

This is the first time the region has hosted a tournament like this and the intention is to give teams a high level of competition to prepare them for the national championships.  CEVA has had teams playing for USAV national championship trophies the last two years. 

Registration for the event will open at 9:00 AM on October 29 via AES.
