CEVA has announced the timeline for scholarship applications and selections through the region’s scholarship fund in the 2023-2024 season.

CEVA previously had two scholarship funds with two separate sets of applications and criteria.  This year, those funds will be combined into one for ease of access and streamlining of process.

Important Notes

• Scholarship funds are not dispersed to families or individuals – they are sent to clubs and clubs are required to apply them to the player’s club account. 
• Scholarship funds are not available for membership purchases, down payments, or deposits required by clubs.  

October 1, 2023 – scholarship applications will be available on CEVA’s website.  Applications may be submitted via an electronic form or by mail to the CEVA office. 

November 19, 2023 – scholarship applications will be due.  While it hasn’t been determined yet, applications will be due by a specific time on this date.  Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

Between December 11-15, 2023 – applicants will be notified if they’ve been selected for financial aid.  All applicants will have a “yes” or “no” answer by the close of business on December 15. 

The week of December 17, 2023 – funding will be dispersed to clubs.
