Cindi Miller presented a webinar to CEVA members on Wednesday, January 11.  The webinar was free to participate in and was recorded.  The link to the recording can be found at the top of this article.

The webinar covered important topics such as anxiety, depression, and perfectionist mentality in athletes, and the negative impact those can have on performance.  It also covered signs and symptoms to look for not only in yourself, but in others around you.

There’s useful information in the hour-long webinar for players, coaches, and parents. 

The webinar was the second in a series of presentations sponsored by CEVA geared toward various topics pertaining to mental wellbeing and overall health.
