Cindi Miller, owner of the blog Sports, Food, and Mental Health, will present a free webinar for all CEVA members on Wednesday, January 11 at 6:00 PM. Topics covered will include spotting anxiety and depressive symptoms in athletes, overall mental health and mental wellbeing, coping skills, and communication among teammates. No advance signup is required.
Cindi is a former Division 1 volleyball athlete and coach. She has a passion for working with athletes and those involved in other competitive atmospheres as an eating disorder and body image therapist.
The webinar will be conducted live but will also be recorded for those who are unable to attend on Wednesday night. The recording will be posted on the CEVA website.
