The CEVA region is actively recruiting for interested individuals who want to serve as a tournament director or official for CEVA tournaments in 2022-2023 and beyond.

TDs and officials earn a minimum of $150 for working a regular tournament day.  We ensure new officials & TDs have training, mentors, and support throughout their year.  We can help pay for memberships, starter materials, and other needs.  We will get you off to a good start.

Officials and tournament directors play major roles in facilitation of our tournaments.  They handle everything from rules interpretations, results input, and more.  It’s always a team effort.  Officials, TDs, and the staff all work together to ensure a successful event happens.

Schedules are flexible and the region will always work around your availability – you just need to keep us updated since we know “life” happens.  Volleyball knowledge is a plus, and for officials, some experience is preferred, but is not required.  If you’re interested, we can teach you.

If you want to grow in the profession, CEVA has some of the most-experienced mentors you could ask for.  As an official, you’ll learn from peers who officiate national events, collegiate events, and major outdoor events.  As a TD, you’ll connect with experienced facilitators who have years of experience with our events.  You’ll also work with a staff dedicated to your success.

Interested in making some money?  Meeting great people?  Staying involved in the sport?

Let us know.  Reach out to our Director of Operations – Matt Fischer – matt@cevaregion.org

We look forward to welcoming you.
