In partnership with the Multnomah County SUN Schools Program and Self Enhancement Inc, CEVA will begin a series of free after-school youth clinics in two Portland-area elementary schools on Monday. 

Thanks to the efforts of five volunteer coaches, these clinics will take place on two afternoons per week through the first week of December.  The schools – James John Elementary School and MLK Jr. Elementary School – are part of the Multnomah County SUN Schools program and programming in each runs through Self Enhancement, Inc. 

The goal of the region is to work with our stakeholders to expand this program in the Winter Term. 

We thank our five volunteer coaches – Shy Davis, Peyton Myers, Jim Fadden, Penny Werner, and Dave Anderson – for their commitment to this program and to serving students in our community.

Baden Sports has donated a significant amount of equipment to this effort and will work with the region to continue development of youth programming.
