The CEVA Junior Boys’ Committee has determined that tryouts for indoor junior boys’ teams may begin on October 1st.  This date maintains current policy in the region. 

Clubs are not legally mandated to hold tryouts on the start date, nor are they required to build or assign teams on that date.  The date simply represents when tryouts may start being held by indoor junior boys’ clubs and teams. 

CEVA is actively planning for boys’ programming to make a strong return in the region next season, including several stops of the NW Boys Tour.  Dates of events will be announced in the near future as facilities are secured. 

Memberships for boys will be available on September 1st.  On that same date, clubs will be sent all necessary documentation for activation in the CEVA Region next season.  Memberships for boys will remain discounted for players who only participate on boys’ teams, and the region will continue the practice of waiving team fees for boys’ teams.
