CEVA is pleased to announce the launch of a new, independent website to host information, education, and resources for our #VolleyTheChange diversity & inclusion initiatives.  The new site – located at www.volleythechange.org – is live and active.  The link will be permanently housed in the blue menu bar of CEVA's main website - click on the "#VTC."

The site moves our current information off the CEVA main page gives it a new home.  The site allows us the opportunity to present a greater breadth of information in a more organized and efficient way. 

The site not only has numerous educational resources for members to take advantage of, but also expands on CEVA’s DEI Action Plan, which was formulated in the Summer of 2020.  The Action Plan continues to be enhanced and worked on despite the COVID-19 pandemic, which has only magnified the need for this work. 

The site will be updated periodically with new information and resources. 

CEVA continues to take a leadership role within USAV when it comes to diversity & inclusion.  CEVA staff members serve on national committees and task forces committed to increasing diversity & inclusion in our sport.  CEVA also maintains a permanent Diversity & Inclusion Committee within the administrative structure of the region and has a devoted Diversity & Inclusion Representative on the Board of Directors.
