The Columbia Empire Volleyball Association (CEVA) has announced the formation of a new partnership between the region and the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).  The AVCA is dedicated to advancing the sport of volleyball and has made numerous inroads with USAV regions in the last year.  

Through this partnership, CEVA will have access to educational material, recruiting tips, and numerous other benefits that will be visible on CEVA's website and social media channels.  CEVA clubs will also have the option of joining the AVCA at a discounted rate.  Additionally, this partnership grants us access to the AVCA Convention and, in the future, may allow us to send a selected region coach to the Convention.  The AVCA Convention is held each year in conjunction with the Division I Final Four, and is one of the largest educational and professional development opportunities for volleyball coaches.

CEVA is also renewing our partnership with the Art of Coaching Volleyball (AOC).  CEVA coaches will have access to premium content on the AOC website.  The first 150 coaches who sign up for the program through the region office will receive a free membership to AOC.  After 150 coaches have signed up, memberships will be available to coaches at a discounted price.

AOC memberships will be available to coaches starting November 18th.  Coaches must be current USAV/CEVA members (for the 19/20 season), have a cleared background screen and SafeSport certification on file, and must be IMPACT certified.
