If you're passionate about volleyball, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and want to contribute to an exciting and inclusive tournament experience for our players, we invite you to apply for a role as a CEVA Tournament Director.

Our tournaments run nearly every weekend across Oregon and southwest Washington. Days typically start at 6:45 AM and end by 5:00 PM. Training is provided, and pay starts at $165 per day based on tournament size, with mileage compensation.

CEVA is seeking an Intern - Region Services.  This 6-month position is ideal for somebody seeking to learn the basics about the internal operations of a youth sports organization. School credit (high school or college) is available.  This position is primarily based in CEVA's office in Beaverton.  Read the position description and apply below.

CEVA is always looking for interested candidates to serve as volleyball officials at tournaments in the region.  Previous experience is desired but not required.  Officials earn a minimum of $155 per full-day event.  In-person and online training is available, as well as dedicated mentors to assist new officials.  Financial assistance can be obtained for start-up costs, such as your membership and background screen.  More Information - Please visit this page to learn more and contact our Officials' Chair.
